Teriyaki Chicken

What is your favorite Teriyaki Chicken recipe? This is one that I’ve found and used quite a bit over the years. It is easy to make and taste good. Let’s make some Teriyaki Chicken!

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 4tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • dried fine egg noodles
  • groundnut oil
  • root ginger, grated
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • a handful of stir-fry vegetables
  • 2tbsp soy sauce
  • 2tsp sesame oil
  • sesame seeds

Marinate the chicken in the teriyaki sauce for 10 minutes. While the chicken is marinating, cook the noodles then drain and rinse them in cold water. Skewer the chicken and coat them with leftover teriyaki sauce. Put the chicken under a hot grill and turn them over often for about 10 minutes. Heat some oil in a wok and cook the vegetables, ginger and garlic in it for 2-3 minutes. Add in the soy sauce, sesame oil and noodles and toss together. Remove from the wok, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
