Remoulade Sauce

I use this remoulade sauce a lot whenever I eat shrimp. I love it! It is easy to make too.

Cooking time: 1 hour

  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions, white and green parts
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Simply whisk all of the ingredients together in a large bowl then place in the refrigerator to sit for 1 hour. You can also eat it right away without refrigerating the dipping sauce but I prefer to chill my sauce first.
